Hmm, question: who owns the copyright to your material? That should be you. I'm not sure (ask someone legal), but you could start with a copyright notice that specifically bars your content to be used by Microsoft or any company acting on behalf of Microsoft. As the copyright owner you can pretty much set any condition you want (if legal, of course), it depends on how much of your soul Yahoo asked you to sign away for participation..
